Sealing lots of bags? Band sealers are easy to use and seal poly bags as fast as you can insert them into the unit. These units are fully adjustable with temperature and speed. Higher temps are needed for thicker bags and/or faster recuperation. Bags are sealed and congealed then fall off the end of the short conveyor belt. Start bag into the belts, and the machine will "carry" the bag, seal and optionally emboss coded messages on the bag.
AIEB6201 Portable Horizontal Tabletop Band Sealer is ideal for projects which require higher production rates and minimal space and costs. The AIEB6201 is capable of sealing headers and bags simultaneously.
The conveyor speed is 0 - 40 ft. per minute and seals material thickness up to 20 mm, 1/2" wide seal, and unlimited length. The user can adjust the position of the seal, the height, depth, and angle of the conveyor and also emboss alpha numeric information on seal as an option.
The AIEB6201 runs from left to right and comes equipped with speed temperature controls, adjustable embossing wheel, cooling fan, and repair kit. Printing wheel and type optional.
