Table top thermal impulse arm sealers provide a quick, efficient, and low cost means for sealing any type of thermoplastic film. The magnet takes a lot of the guess work out of the sealing operation.
This unit offers two adjustable timers: heating and cooling. The heating knob sets the amount of time heat is applied to the seal. The cooling knob sets the time the magnet continues to hold the arm down, and allow the seal to congeal. When the magnet releases, the bag is perfectly sealed.

Periodically clean the built up poly material on the teflon, and wipe down the silicon rubber strip. If the machine is equipped with a cutter blade, remove blade before cleaning.
If the teflon is worn or the wire is burned through, replace with repair kit.
