How do you label your containers to have consistent label height and placement on the shelf? With the Bottle-Matic! The Bottle-Matic 10 is the perfect machine for labeling your cylindrical containers. Our machines wrap round bottles, cans, tubes, and jars for applications involving one label per container. Label objects from .5" to 6" diameter (some items bigger but testing required). If your can or bottle has ridges, we can customize the rollers. It's simple - just send us your container and a roll of labels, and we'll do the rest.

What is the rewinder?
The Optional 6" Rewinder makes the job of keeping up with waste liner easy. The rewinder is highly recommended to minimize liner piling up, and makes for a smoother running machine. As you apply labels, the waste liner has to go somewhere! Without a rewinder, the liner must be coaxed up and over the label roll, falling behind the machine. Typically into a waste bin.
With the rewinder, the waste liner is neatly spooled above the machine.
Avoid clear cellophane material for waste liner. If you use it, you will need to order your machine with the optional waste rewinder. This material wants to cling to the machine and get tangled in rollers.
Labels should be oriented in copy position 3 or copy position 4 for most products. The best position for wine bottles is copy position 3. If need be, send us a picture of your label roll, and we can help determine the copy position.
Label is in copy position 3 for wine bottles because the bottle extends past the left side frame. We recommend the Bottle-Matic 16 for wine bottles.
