What We Do

We repair BP555e Series tape machines (eS, eSA, eL, eLA, eMA, eFA, eFACM) models at our facility in Loganville, GA. With over 25 years of experience, we diagnose and repair everything from broken heaters, worn blades, to just a dirty machine. Most repairs are completed within 1–3 business days after quote approval.

We also repair other gummed tape dispensers like the BP755, BP500, BP333, Marsh, Phoenix, and Cyklop models. Additionally, we service labelers, gluers, twist tie machines, and other packaging equipment. If it’s not working right, there’s a good chance we can fix it.

Where to Ship Your Machine

Please pack your machine securely and ship it to the address below. We recommend using the original manufacturer’s box to prevent damage in transit.

If the original packaging is not available, we will ship the machine back in a replacement box, and a box fee will be added to your quote.
