Case Sealers

We offer uniform and random case sealers for 2 and/or 3 inch wide pressure sensitive tape. Eagle brand machines are reliable, easy to operate, and quick to set up. Plastic tape works best with uniformly filled cartons composed of minimal recycled content. If your cartons have a high recycled content with a dusty surface, gummed tape may work best. Note: overfilled or underfilled cartons may reduce case sealing effectiveness.

Need to code or print information on your cartons during sealing? We offer two integrated solutions:

• Case Coders: Simple, mechanical systems that imprint static messages using RIBType characters and mats. Ideal for applications with fixed information.
• Thermal Ink Jet Printers: High-resolution, fixed or variable data printing for case counts, lot numbers, and more. Easily mounts to case sealers for seamless integration.

Next Step: Strapping and/or Palletizing

After carton sealing, downstream packaging often includes palletizing.

• Stretch Wrapping Machines – Apply stretch film to stabilize pallets for storage or shipment.
• Strapping Machines – Secure products and boxes using polypropylene straps.
