12" Starter Shrink Wrapping Kit
Shrink wrapping provides your package with a crystal clear, sealed, clean look. It prevents dust, moisture, and finger prints on the product. The wrapping is also tamper-proof, and deters pilfering. You can also rewrap items which have been opened for inspection or returned from customers.
All you need is a shrink material (film bag or tubing), sealer (hand, I-bar, or L-sealer), and heat source to shrink the film (heat gun or shrink tunnel).
To use the Starter Kit there are three steps involved to shrink wrap your package:
- Insert the item into the shrink bag,
- Use a sealer to cut off the excess film and seal by lowering the sealing bar of the sealer.
- Shrink the film on all sides with heat gun or shrink tunnel.
Starter sets come complete with a hand sealer (FS) - FS-300RND with repair kit, heat gun (HG-1), and 500 shrink bags (DVD: 6.5" x 10.5").
