Ink Jet Systems
Are you looking for a way to easily add a USE BY, BEST BY, expiration date, lot number or bar code to cans, bottles, labels, boxes or products? Back in 1980, the precursor to MSSC, Marsh® Company, introduced the first non-contact drop-on-demand inkjet printer under the trade name UNICORN for the industrial market. MSSC proudly continues this range of product with the simple, out of the box, drop on demand ink jet printer the QM7500 and the ultra easy to use Smart-Jet high definition handheld and conveyor line printers. Check out the lower cost Smart-Jet® ONE Pro and Max solutions.
Consider all costs with an ink jet system. Ease of use, functionality, ease of changing messages, cost of unit, and even more important, availability and cost of ink cartridges. All ink jet units have proprietary cartridges meaning you have to buy cartridges from that manufacturer. An MSSC cartridge will not fit in a Sneed or Evolution printer. It's also not a good idea to refill cartridges and reuse the print head especially on fast drying solvent based inks.
