A: Manual removal is slow and tedious. The U-45 automatically advances each label, letting you focus on applying, not peeling. Save time and reduce fatigue!
Q: Can I dispense multiple labels at once?
A: Yes! If your labels are printed “2 up” or more on the roll, you can pick several at a time-perfect for high-volume jobs. With either model, remove the one at the microswitch or photo eye last to advance the machine. If you have longer labels, all must be removed at the same time to finish advancing the machine to dispense the label.
Q: Will this machine apply labels to my products automatically?
A: The U-45 is a dispenser, not an applicator. It presents each label for you to pick and apply. For fully automatic labeling, ask us about our applicator solutions.
Q: Can it handle thin or specialty labels?
