If your machine is not dispensing tape properly and slipping, make sure to check the lower feed wheel adjustment. We have added the video under the TS Video tab above.
The objective of the adjustment is to make sure the blade clears the tape path before/as the feed wheels meet, and the tape starts feeding. If the feed wheels do not grip the tape tight enough when the solenoid is all the way up, the tape may slip. The Allen screw needs to be turned clockwise to raise the lower feed wheel. If the feed wheels are too tight the tape will hit the back of the blade and jam. Under normal wear and tear, the adjustment will typically loosen over time.
