The Pad Printer offers an economical way to mark all the cartons in seconds. If you are shipping a pallet of cartons via LTL, and have the shrink wrap fail in transit, chances are the boxes are not individually addressed. This printer offers a unique, inexpensive way to individually address boxes.
The former Marsh Pogo Pad Printers are now called Hand Printers, and can mark up to 100 cartons for very minimal cost. Much less expensive than using labels that only mark one box each! Use the Pogo ink in the Hand Printer and attached stencil for shipment addressing, product identification, even caution symbols!
There are also stock and custom die cut stencils that allow you to either choose an already designed stencil for your application, or have Marsh artists customize a special stencil just for you! Deciding to use a Marsh Contact Marking System allows you to hand mark repeatable information for only pennies a shipment.
Porous applications are for printing on paper, cardboard, and other surfaces that will absorb the ink.
The printers come to you dry, and ready to be inked.
Initial inking of the printer should be done externally by dispersing ink evenly from a Marsh Pogo U-tube ink bottle over the pad.
When using a solid printer handle instead of a Marsh Pogo ink bottle as the handle, re-inking must be done externally in the same matter as the initial inking. When using a 4oz. bottle of Marsh Pogo ink as a handle, re-ink internally be gently squeezing enough ink into the pad to moisten the surface. The Pogo U-tube used in the Marsh ink bottle prevents ink from being dispensed unless the bottle is squeezed.
Your stencil is now ready to make your mark on hundreds of cartons, products, or other surfaces.
