Heat Sealers

Heat sealers use either impulse or constant heat to seal bags, tubes, or film-based packaging. Whether you're sealing poly bags, foil pouches, cellophane, or poly-lined materials, there's a sealer built to handle the job.

We offer three core technologies:

• Impulse Sealers: Use timed bursts of heat. Ideal for sealing polyethylene and other single-layer thermoplastics.
• Double Impulse Sealers: Apply heat from both jaws. Best for thick or multi-layer materials.
• Constant Heat Sealers: Maintain a steady temperature. Used for foil, poly-lined paper, and laminated films where more heat is needed.
