Hand held tape guns are ideal for low to medium volume shipping. Automatic bench top dispensers like the Start International M1000 are not recommended for sealing cartons since the loose tape pieces are difficult to handle.
For high volume operations, a gummed tape dispenser provides faster, more secure sealing using one reinforced strip of water activated tape.
