This assembly includes pinch roll holder, shaft, pin, spring, urethane roll, and two E-clip lock rings.
When replacing, check the lower feed roller to see if the roller is too soft. This may occur in hotter environments.
If your current wheels feel soft, consider getting the premium polyether feed wheels. Order part # RP40580. These red wheels are great for a wider range of environments. If you just need the wheels, RP40580 is what we recommend. Most of the other parts in the pinch roll assembly (RP40540) are not wearable parts, and are lost before they are broken.
