RT7700 Programmable Automatic Tape Dispenser
The RT7700 is a programmable automatic tape dispenser built for industrial environments that require repeatable, consistent cut lengths. It handles pressure-sensitive and specialty tapes up to 2 inches wide and operates in both manual and automatic modes.
Designed for sustained production use, the RT7700 allows tool-free access to the main cover for fast jam clearing and maintenance. Unlike low-cost disposable imports, this unit is fully serviceable. Programmable Sequential Cutting
The RT7700 stores up to six preset cut lengths and can dispense them in a repeating sequence. If your process requires multiple defined tape lengths in a specific order, the machine will cut and repeat that sequence automatically.
Cut lengths range from 5 mm to 999 mm, making it suitable for short precision pieces as well as longer production strips.
Built for Production Environments
This dispenser is commonly used in electronics manufacturing, wire harness assembly, packaging operations, and other repetitive production processes where consistency matters.
It supports dual roll dispensing with a separator plate and feeds at 200 mm per second. Compatible materials include double-sided tape, electrical tape, Kapton, foil, protection film, and other pressure-sensitive materials.
