Potdevin Release Cote - 1 Case of 6 - 16 oz. Spray Cans
Like water off a duck's back! Just a thin film of Release-Cote on any surface and it sheds glues, adhesives, plastics, coatings, inks, paints ... like magic.
What is Release-Cote?
An inert releasing agent; a scientifically compounded preparation which prevents coatings such as glues, adhesives, paints, inks, plastics, varnishes, etc. from adhering to the walls of pots, ink fountains, spray booths, tanks, or any exposed surface. It is applied with rag or brush before filling your machine. At clean-up time, after reservoirs are drained, residue is removed by a simple stripping operation. No muss, no fuss, no bother.
Where to use Release-Cote
Release-Cote can be applied to spray booth walls, tanks, side scrapers and journals, ink fountains or any exposed surface where coating build-up occurs. Used in a machine's moving parts, it acts as a shield against splash or creep of coating materials onto area where build-up will slow production or cause product "fouling."
Thousands of Industrial Uses
In addition to being used to prevent unwanted glue, paint or varnish adhesion, Release-Cote has found thousands of new industrial applications including such unique uses as bowling-ball mold release, coating of knife blades used to cut pressure-sensitive papers, and in printing press ink wells to facilitate cleanup.
Save on Clean-Up Time:
Is your adhesive clean-up time taking too long and eating into your profits? Cut it in half with Release-Cote, our Potdevin time saving releasing agent. Makes clean-up jobs simple, quick, pleasant. Apply a thin film of Release-Cote on a clean surface and coating materials such as glue, adhesives, paints, varnishes and waxes strip off the walls of tanks, pots, journals, spray booths, and ink fountains in a jiffy at clean-up time.
Save on Machine Down Time:
How do the operators clean machines? Do they scrape and rinse for hours? Just a thin film of Release-Cote on any surface sheds glue, adhesives, plastic coating, ink and paint like magic. And just as important as saving clean-up time, Potdevin Release-Cote keeps machines running while reducing the danger of costly build-up on exposed surfaces such as journals and scrapers. Reduces work stoppage to clean away build-ups. A thin film at that start of day keeps machines running smoothly all day.
Save on Machine Life:
There is no dispute... a clean gluing machine and parts will last longer. Exposed surfaces treated with Potdevin Release-Cote eliminates taxing motors and moving parts impregnated with caked up goo. Gluers run at maximum efficiency because they remain clean.
Save on Operators Messy Hands:
Many machine operators spray a little Potdevin Release-Cote on their hands prior to working with Machines. Release-Cote prevents coating materials from sticking to skin and nails. A quick rinse and the stickiest material washes right off leaving hands soft and clean.
