The Marsh Super Size Stencil Machine is a manually operated mechanical stencil cutting system designed for producing large-format oilboard stencils for industrial marking applications. Built for durability and repeatability, this machine cuts clean, consistent characters ranging from 1/4" up to 10" in height.
Metal stencil characters are arranged on the magnetic setting tray using locking wedges for alignment. Oilboard is placed over the tray and rolled beneath the cutting cylinder, precisely cutting the stencil pattern into the sheet in a single pass.
IMPORTANT: The Super Size Stencil Machine does NOT include stencil characters. Character sets must be purchased separately.
In the tables above, bold letters and quantities indicate characters that appear in higher quantities in the 111-piece sets versus the 79-piece sets.
Used for marking crates, pallets, lumber, steel, pipe, machinery, export packaging, and industrial goods where durable large-character identification is required.
