Marsh's Super Size Stencil Machine is intended for manually cutting large-character stencils for marking and coding goods with stencils. Metal characters are placed on the setting tray with magnetic strips and locking wedges for aligning characters & keeping them in place. A piece of oilboard is place over the metal characters and setting tray, and the setting tray is then rolled under the metal drum, cutting the stencil into the oilboard.
Mix different size characters for a custom-look. 3" (7.5 cm) - 10" (25 cm) font sets contain 79 pieces. 1/4" (0.6 cm) - 2" (5 cm) font sets contain 111 pieces. Complete font sets for each size or individual characters available. If you need individual characters or sizes above 3", send an email with your details and requirements. Freight marking symbols and customs dies are available upon request.
The Super Size stencil machines does not include any stencil characters. You must purchase your desired character sets and sizes. So, be sure to consider that when factoring the cost of this equipment.
