Eagle T100B is designed like the Eagle T100. However, this machine has no height or length restrictions. Set the width and feed the boxes in. The T100B will apply a single strip of pressure sensitive tape to the bottom of your cartons.
The Eagle T100B is best suited for medium volume production. Side belt drive ensures proper carton sealing even with cartons that are short in height, but have an extended length. Tape head can accept 2 and 3 tape with simple adjustments.
Sealing standard or multi-sized mailer boxes? Many times the flaps are off center. The T100B can be fixed off center for sealing boxes. A local customer was sealing off center boxes, and we had an opportunity to "edit" the machine. We moved the outer belt inward 2 1/2 inches to off-set the sealing head. Note the asymmetrical arrangement of the belts below in red.
