Eagle T100B Bottom Only Case Sealer

Operators form the box, place it into the machine, and the T100B applies pressure sensitive tape to the bottom flaps only. Common Use Case: Pre-Making Boxes for Packing Lines
Many manufacturers use the Eagle T100B to prepare cartons before packing begins. Operators form the carton and run it through the machine to seal the bottom flaps. The box can then be staged next to the packing line so workers can quickly fill and seal cartons when orders are ready.
Case Study
Sealing standard or multi-sized mailer boxes? Many times the flaps are off center. The T100B can be fixed off center for sealing boxes. A local customer was sealing off center boxes, and we had an opportunity to "edit" the machine. We moved the outer belt inward 2 1/2 inches to off-set the sealing head. Note the asymmetrical arrangement of the belts below in red.
