The TAL-1100MR is incredibly easy to setup and operate, requiring no tools to switch from one size bottle to the next. In 2021, Take-A-Label improved the design of the bottle carriage. Instead of two independent silver rollers, they are now connected on the underside with a gear. This makes it easier to line up the rollers with the bottle. The carriage can also still handle some tapered containers. It has a second adjustment that allows you to off-set one or both of the rollers. The below gif shows the old style carriage.
Check with us for the correct copy position of the label on the roll so the label will apply in the correct position. Labels should be produced in "Position 3" or "Position 4" for most products.
