The Take-A-Label TAL-5M Manual Label Dispenser is a simple and reliable pull-and-take dispenser designed to present pressure-sensitive labels for fast hand application. The dispenser handles one or more label rolls up to 5 inches total width, making it well suited for packaging stations, product labeling, and shipping departments.
The TAL-5M operates without electricity. The operator pulls the liner backing, which advances the roll and automatically separates the label from the liner.
As the liner backing is pulled forward, it is routed between two guide rods. The liner then bends sharply as it passes over the rod, causing the label to separate from the backing material.
The released label travels over a spring edge and is presented at the front of the dispenser, ready for the operator to apply. This pull-and-take system allows labels to be dispensed quickly while keeping the roll organized and controlled.
