The TAKE-A-LABEL Model TAL-450 uses a solid, sturdy-built steel frame that provides the power and performance necessary for demanding applications. The open peel plate design allows for multiple labels on a common web to increase speed, while reducing label cost. The #1 advantage of this design is that the label is fully exposed, and it allows for faster dispensing.
If you have skinny labels up to 8" long, using the same core you can dispense multiple labels wide to the width of the machine at the same time as long as you remove the label in front of the phono eye last. This is called having your labels 2 UP, or 3 UP, etc on the same core.
