Twist Tie Machine for Bag Closing and/or Bundling Wires!
Speed up production in the application of consistent, secure twist ties on poly bags. If you are twist tying over 100 bags a day, an automatic tying machine will help you to work more efficiently, increase your productivity up to 5 times, and have less wrist fatigue such as carpal tunnel. Need to bundle electrical wires? Tie machines work great in electronic wire harness manufacturing to hold batches of wires together.
A wide choice of industrial semi-automated models are available. Handles up to 5/8" in width, and are found in many companies where wires are bundled or hanked, or larger bags that need to be sealed. The new Heavy Duty series is capable of speeds up to 60 ties per minute.

HD58-PLUS handles either 24 or 27 gauge wire spools, paper/plastic or plastic/plastic and ties or bundles up to 5/8" diameter.
