The 1-1/2" RolMark applicator roller kit is a practical hand stenciling solution for marking cartons, parts, products, and other surfaces with clear, readable codes. To mark an item, the operator holds the cut stencil against the surface, then rolls ink through the stencil using the applicator roller. This is a dependable low-cost method for applying date codes, lot numbers, product codes, part numbers, and other variable information without moving to a more expensive printing system.
This kit is built around the MSSC Marsh RolMark pad and roller system, a proven stenciling method designed for efficient, economical marking. The 1-1/2" width is a good fit when the marking area is limited or the message does not require a wider roller. It is well suited for occasional to moderate stencil coding where flexibility and simplicity matter.

Pour the ink onto the pad, roll the applicator across the pad to ink the roller, and then roll across the stencil. When the mark becomes light, recharge the roller from the pad. If buildup develops on the pad over time, a small amount of the proper solvent may be used to help regenerate the pad. For best results, do not mix different ink types on the same pad.
