The AIE-200 is a tabletop impulse hand sealer designed to seal polyethylene and polypropylene bags up to 5 mil thick with a consistent 2 mm wide seal. With its 8" sealing length, it's a great fit for light-duty packaging tasks that need slightly more capacity than compact models.
This unit is equipped with an adjustable timer to accommodate a range of bag thicknesses and materials. It operates by applying heat only when the arm is pressed down, enhancing user safety and extending element life.
How it works: Position your poly bag on the Teflon-coated heating element, press the sealing arm down, and wait for the red indicator light to turn off. Keep the arm down for a few extra seconds to allow the seal to congeal and cool properly before releasing and removing your bag.
