Product Type: PD1150 EN is a water-based, vegetable-derived dextrin adhesive designed for efficient labeling and mounting applications. It’s especially suited for paper substrates applied to fiberboard, foamcore, chipboard, and corrugated materials.
Recommended Applications:
PD1150 EN (Formerly GF637P) is ideal for mounting posters, P.O.P. displays, and large-format labels. Its slow drying time provides an extended open time for repositioning, making it ideal where precise alignment is needed during application.
Key Features:
- Extended Open Time: Offers up to 20 minutes of repositioning time after application due to its slow-drying nature.
- Layflat Finish: Ensures a wrinkle-free bond with strong penetration into board stock.
- Versatile Use: Works with both manual and electric tabletop gluers including the LPR5.5, Captain B, and Colonel models.
- Manual Application: Can be applied with a paint roller. Apply a thin, even coat, then use a squeegee from the center outward to remove air bubbles.
- High Yield: When used with Gluefast label gluers, expect coverage of approximately 600–700 square feet per gallon.
- FDA Compliant: Formulated with ingredients compliant with FDA 175.105 for food packaging adhesives.
