The Dispensa-Matic 6-II is a wide format, constant speed electric label dispenser designed for production environments handling larger labels, long runs, and full diameter rolls. It is commonly used where rewind-based dispensers introduce unnecessary stoppages or operator intervention.
This model dispenses labels at a fixed speed of 5 inches per second and uses a straight-through liner path. Instead of rewinding waste liner onto a take-up spindle, the liner exits forward and drops into a waste container. This allows full rolls to be dispensed without stopping to remove accumulated liner waste, making the 6-II well suited for continuous production tables and batch labeling operations.
The standard photo eye provides automatic dispensing for butt-cut and die-cut labels. The machine supports both roll-fed labels and fan-folded, including wide and multi-column labels on a common liner.
Label loading is fast and repeatable. Labels are fed between the dispensing tables and snapped into the patented feed-roll assembly, minimizing setup time during roll changes.
