For the Take-A-Label TAL-750HD dispensers to slow the roll down after the label is dispensed. This disk is sandwiched between the black triangular unwind disk and metal frame of the dispenser.
If you need the similar looking felt washer that fits all other Take-A-Label machines, order part number 103P-72618. The difference is the 75806 washer has a smaller hole than the 75618 washer.
