The Better Packages Single Foot Switch allows operators to dispense tape from the BP555eS without using the keypad during repetitive packing operations. This helps keep both hands available for carton handling, folding flaps, and positioning packages during high-volume sealing work.
The pedal works by repeating the last tape length dispensed from the keypad. For example, if an 18" tape length is selected and dispensed from the keypad, pressing the foot pedal will dispense another 18" strip. If the operator later selects a 12" length on the keypad, the foot switch will then repeat the 12" dispense length until another size is selected.
Common in shipping departments, fulfillment operations, and packaging stations where operators are sealing repeated carton sizes throughout the day.
Can be operated by foot or mounted higher for knee activation.
Connects through the RS-232 port on the rear of the dispenser.
