The GWSZ-400 is a professional-grade constant heat sealer built for sealing thicker, heat-compatible materials like kraft paper, aluminum foil, and coated film. With a full 16" (400mm) sealing length and a 12mm serrated jaw, it’s designed for wide-format or irregular packaging that can't be sealed on a standard impulse machine.
Made in Germany, this unit features PTFE-coated non-stick jaws and adjustable temperature control ranging from 122°F to 428°F (50°C to 250°C). Warm-up time is typically 5 to 15 minutes depending on the setting. To operate, simply set the dial, allow it to heat, then insert your material and press the jaws closed for a few seconds. Adjust as needed based on your sealing material.
