Over the years Phoenix used 3 different motors on their machines. If the brushes are a little too tight, you may need to grind them down with a file. Note: These brushes do not fit the DC motor E5-1DC, click here.
Install the brushes with the curve of the brush in line with the main shaft through the motor.
If all you need is brushes, order two sets and tape the extra set inside the motor cover and save on shipping.
