MSSC LD450PR Label Dispenser with Date Coder

The MSSC LD450-PR Total Solution is the next evolution in label dispensing with the ability to integrate the Smart-Jet® Blue inkjet coder for printing variable date/time, barcodes, QR codes, etc!

In other label dispensers, a take up spool winds the liner up, and this is what drives the machine. As the circumference of the take-up spool grows, the machine will run faster. If you're also printing on the labels, the code will begin to move on the label as the machine runs faster. Print placement is exceptionally accurate with the constant speed driving mechanism. The constant speed adds an additional feeding mechanism prior to the take up spool that allows you to label more before removing the excess backing paper.

Now you can reliably add expiration dates and lot codes as you dispense labels.

This integration allows for better inventory control and compliance with Date/Lot coding standards.

Testing highly recommended with your labels to make sure printing is in desired direction, and to determine the ink type needed. Ink is available in both porous and non-porous versions.
