The MAX-UBII automatic bagging and sealing machine is available in a variety of sizes. If you're bagging t-shirts, hoodies, or pretty much any soft goods, the MAX-UBII is a no-nonsense solution that gets the job done fast for garments up to 16" wide. Units are available in 14", 20", and 26", and can also be designed specifically for youth-sized garments. Call for details.
This machine is a great fit for screen printers, DTG shops, fulfillment centers, and promotional items.
This machine runs on 110 volts and requires 100PSI compressed air.
- Bagger Enter Horns: Can be 1” thru 4” wide
- Thermal Impulse: 1/8” bead edge seals double lines for higher gauge films
- Air-Operated Product Compression Pad: Gently squeezes excess air out of packaging
- Wicketed Bagger: Standard for a MAX-UBII with a photo eye product start switch
- Double Seal and Compression: An optional addition for heavy-duty packaging

What it does:
Bags and seals apparel in plastic bags.
- Operator inserts item in to a poly bag.
- Garment drops in to the air-operated compression pad.
- Impulse jaws close & seal the bag.
- Item drops in to box, or an incline conveyor for the next step in your packaging process.
