Tamp Label Applicator TAL-3100T by Take-A-Label
This applicator provides a reliable, industrial grade labeling system that is simple to operate. Its design and operation draws from over 30 years of dedicated label dispenser experience. Tamp label applicators give exact placement of the labels, at speed, onto a wide variety of product shapes and sizes and sides.
The TAL-3100T uses a tamp head to hold and carry the label to the item being labeled. The tamp head is made according to the size of your label. Prior to adding this dispenser to the Cart, please input your label size and label roll width.
Anyone can sell you a dispenser. The question is, did they sell you the right dispenser? When we start the sales process we like to get input on the item being labeled, the type of label, how many you intend to label, the environment you are labeling under, and how accurate the labeling needs to be. Once we get the info we will recommend one or more machines and explain pros and cons of each.
There are optional jigs available to hold odd-shaped products - like oblong, flat-sided spray bottles - in position for better placement accuracy (see below images). The jig is a mold / negative casting of your product. If an optional jig is required for your products, we will need 3 or 4 samples of the container and a roll of labels forwarded to Take-A-Label's factory.
Need to print date or lot codes on the labels as they are dispensed? The MSSC Smart Jet Ink Jet printer, and can mount it to the tamp dispenser to print on the labels as they dispense. Call for more details.

Depending upon your product, you may need a custom (jig) fixture made. These fixtures are quoted as needed and add up to two weeks for order processing. The pictures below are a sample of one of the fixtures:
