UHSS-8 Dual Heat Tube Sealer with Built-In Compressor
The UHSS-8 is a tabletop plastic tube sealing machine designed for small batch production, R&D environments, and companies producing limited runs of products such as cosmetics, creams, and specialty formulations. This unit is configured with dual heat sealing and a self-contained (built-in) compressor, providing a complete, plug-and-play solution with no external air required.
If you're seeing lower prices elsewhere, those units are typically configured without dual heat or a built-in compressor. This machine includes both.
The UHSS-8 is compatible with PVC, polyethylene, and many laminated tubes. Because material thickness and composition vary, testing is required prior to purchase to ensure proper seal quality.
Due to variation in tube materials and wall thickness, we require customers to send sample tubes for testing prior to ordering. We will test your tubes on our machine and provide a video demonstration of the sealing results.

Why Dual Heat Matters
Dual heat applies heat from both sides of the tube, resulting in faster sealing cycles, more consistent seal quality, and reduced wear on heating elements. Single heat models require longer cycle times and can lead to inconsistent seals or overheating on certain materials.
Built-In Compressor (Plug-and-Play Operation)
This unit includes a self-contained compressor, allowing you to operate the machine anywhere with standard 115V power. No external air supply is required. External compressor configurations are available by request.
Real-World Throughput
Production output depends on tube size, material, and operator speed. Typical operation allows multiple tubes per cycle, with throughput varying based on tray configuration and sealing time. Larger diameter tubes require longer cooling times and reduce the number of tubes per cycle.
This machine is not designed for high-volume production. It is best suited for small batch runs, testing, and controlled production environments.
