Free shipping applies only to qualifying items. If your order includes any excluded consumables or excluded equipment (listed below), the system will charge standard UPS rates for the entire order.
Eligible Items
The UPS Ground free-shipping promotion applies to qualifying items that can ship via UPS Ground, including:
- Packaging equipment and dispensers
- Parts, accessories, blades, and small components
- Ink cartridges
Excluded Items
The following consumables are excluded from free UPS Ground shipping:
- Gummed tape (reinforced or non-reinforced)
- Twist tie spools and wire
- Glues and liquid adhesives
The following equipment brands are excluded:
- Potdevin equipment
- Gluefast equipment
- Dehnco equipment
- Eagle equipment
Any item requiring pallet or truckline shipping is excluded from free UPS Ground shipping. Adding any excluded consumable or excluded equipment to the cart forfeits the free UPS Ground benefit.
Additional Notes: Mixed carts that contain any excluded consumable automatically forfeit the free shipping benefit. This promotion cannot be combined with other shipping discounts or custom freight quotes. The 50% pallet-freight discount is automatically applied and cannot be manually adjusted.

50% Off Pallet Shipping – No Code Required
On Cyber Monday, all pallet and truckline shipments receive an automatic 50% freight discount. No promo code is needed. The discount is already applied in the cart for qualifying pallet shipments.
This pallet-freight discount applies separately from the UPS Ground free-shipping promotion. Items that require pallet shipping are still excluded from free UPS Ground, but they will automatically receive the 50% freight discount.
