Better Pack models BP555e series electronic gummed tape dispensers.
Be sure to check the yoke shaft. Occasionally, we find the shaft has split right at the side of the yoke shaft.
Note: Make sure to check the side frame for wear. If the collars on the side frame are loose, replace the side frame. Loose collars make it to where you can never tighten the nut on the shaft enough to stop it from spinning. During replacement you will need to do a lower feed wheel adjustment.
