Better Pack models BP555e series electronic gummed tape dispensers.
If you need to replace the solenoid make sure to check the linkage for wear.
If your machine runs without making a clunk noise and doesn't dispense tape, check the solenoid bolt and linkage. If all looks good, check the connection to the circuit board. To verify the board is good, swap the motor connection with the solenoid connection. If the solenoid isn't working, replace. If the solenoid works in the motor connection replace the circuit board.
