The AIE-100T is a compact tabletop impulse hand sealer designed for sealing polyethylene and polypropylene bags with a 2 mm wide seal. With a 4" sealing length, it’s the smallest model in AIE’s hand-operated lineup. Perfect for light-duty sealing tasks where space or portability is a concern.
The impulse mechanism only activates heat when the sealing arm is pressed down, enhancing operator safety. An adjustable timer allows fine control over seal duration based on material thickness.
How it works: Place the bag on the Teflon-coated heating element, press the arm down, wait for the red light to turn off, and continue holding the arm for a few seconds to let the seal congeal and cool. Then release and remove the sealed bag.
