The AIE-305 is a 12" tabletop impulse hand sealer designed for sealing poly bags and provides a 5 mm wide seal. Compared to the standard 2 mm model, this version provides extra durability and a stronger visual seal for medium-duty packaging needs.
This unit operates by applying heat only when the sealing arm is pressed down enhancing safety and extending the life of the heating element. The adjustable timer lets you control the seal time to match your bag thickness.
How it works: Place your bag over the Teflon-coated heating element, press down the sealing arm, wait for the red indicator light to shut off, and hold the arm for a few extra seconds to let the seal cool and congeal. Then release and remove your sealed bag.
Note: This model does not include a cutter. If you need trimming functionality, click here to view the version with a cutter.
