The AIE-505 is a 20" tabletop impulse hand sealer built for sealing polyethylene and polypropylene bags with a wide, 5 mm seal. Compared to the AIE-500, this model provides a stronger, more durable seal—great for larger bags and heavier-duty applications.
Like all AIE impulse models, it heats only when the arm is engaged, improving operator safety and extending the life of the element. The adjustable timer lets you set the ideal seal duration based on material thickness.
How it works: Place your poly bag across the Teflon-coated heating element, press the sealing arm down, and wait for the red indicator light to turn off. Keep the arm down briefly afterward to allow the seal to cool (congeal), then lift and remove your bag.
