Fits the Better Pack model BP555e series gummed tape dispensers. This plate assists the upper and lower feed wheels in dispensing tape. Without the plate, the tape is subject to bunch up while dispensing, and cause a jam.
You cannot operate a machine without this upper tape plate. If you operate a tape machine without an upper tape plate, the machine jams frequently/immediately.
Note: If the tape plate is bent, it may cause the tape to pinch and jam.
