Potdevin Type 2R21 Medium Duty Roll Coating Gluer
The 2R series is the best medium duty table top unit on the market designed to handle higher volume production. This compact and ruggedly constructed gluer accurately applies a variety of adhesives to products ranging from paper, plastic, or vinyl to leather goods and book covers. Simple to operate, easy to clean.
Pliable materials up to 1/8" can be coated efficiently. When equipped with the optional cardboard attachment, these machines will coat materials up to 3/8". Clean up is also quick, the tank and tank roller are removable and the feed table is hinged so it can pivot out of the way.
What sets this unit above the others is the unique applicator/ductor roller combo that allows you to meter the precise amount of adhesive. The tank roller spins at 1/5 the speed of the ductor roller.
