When you turn on the machine, if the light does not lite on the off'/on switch, the main fuse may be at fault. The main fuse is located next to the power cord and is a 4A, 5mm x20mm fuse, part # ST2341K. If the light lights, and the machine does not work, make sure the top cover (part # E555-035-01) is closed. If closed, make sure the safety switch magnet (part # ST2344) is still in it's place on the side of the cover. If all that looks good, then unplug the machine, remove the side cover, and check the fuse on the circuit board located just below the transformer. This fuse is a 1/2A, 5mm x 20mm fuse, part # ST2128.
