Top Heater Assembly used on Better Pack Electrics from 1976 to 1999. This heater uses a standard three prong electrical plug. If your heater is 'hard wired' in, you need TH55LXXX.
Note: If your tape is not sticking, the heater may not be the problem. Moistening brushes need to be cleaned every week or two with Dawn dish soap. Avoid hand soaps that many contain oils. The bristles scratch into the glue to reactivate the hardened, dried glue and help the water penetrate into the glue. Worn brushes will cause the water to bead up on the tape and give dry spot with uneven moistening. Brushes should be replaced every 3-5 years depending upon usage.
