Spring used to keep the oiler pad pressed against the cutter blade and is used to help minimize the build up of glue residual on the shear. Fits BP500, BP555e, BP555S and L Series, BP556, and BP554. Better Packages gummed tape dispensers.
Note: For best performance add a few drops of machine oil once per month to the felt pad.
